Job summary

Primrose Retirement Communities is hiring a Dietary Aide to create an exceptional dining experience for residents and guests. You will take orders, seat and assist residents, deliver meals, and clear tables promptly. You may help with cleaning, dishes, and basic food prep as part of a supportive dining team.

Sanitation certification is required or must be obtained within 30 days of hire. Weekend and holiday rotations are required; part-time or PRN hours are available to fit scheduling needs.

Qualifications

• Sanitation Certification or ability to obtain certification within 30 days of hire.
• Experience serving in a restaurant setting preferred.
• Ability to recognize residents' needs and respond with urgency and compassion.
• Ability to understand and follow written and oral instructions.
• Must have a solid work ethic, positive attitude, and be a good team player.
• Able and willing to work weekend and holiday rotation.

Responsibilities

• Take food and drink orders from residents and guests.
• Seat residents and assist as needed during meals.
• Deliver meals and remove dinnerware in a timely manner.
• Assist with general cleaning, dishes, and food preparation as needed.
