Job summary

Primrose Retirement Communities in Indiana is seeking a compassionate Dietary Aide to create an exceptional dining experience for residents and guests. You will take food and drink orders, seat and assist residents, deliver meals, and clear dinnerware promptly.

This role may require sanitation certification (or obtaining within 30 days), prior serving experience in a restaurant, and a willingness to work weekend and holiday rotations.

Qualifications

• Sanitation certification required or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire.
• Experience serving in a restaurant setting preferred.
• Ability to recognize residents’ needs and respond with urgency and compassion.
• Ability to understand and follow written and oral instructions.
• Must have a solid work ethic, positive attitude, and be a good team player.
• Able and willing to work weekend and holiday rotation.

Primrose Retirement Communities is hiring a Dietary Aide toberesponsible forcreating an exceptional dining experience for all residents and guests. The Dietary Aide will be responsible for taking food and drink orders, seating and assisting residents when needed, delivering meals, and removing dinnerware from the table in a timely manner. May also assist with general cleaning, dishes, and food preparation.

What we’re looking for:
