Ashby Ponds by Erickson Senior Living in Ashburn, VA is hiring Dietary Aides / Dining Server to provide consistent, compassionate dining experiences for residents in a structured, team-based setting. Responsibilities include greeting residents, coordinating with seaters, assisting with prep, stocking, serving, post-meal clean-up, and ensuring adequate nutritional intake.

Qualifications

We’re hiring Dietary Aides / Dining Server at a senior living community in Ashburn where dining is about more than food—it’s about care, consistency, and connection.

This is not restaurant chaos. It’s a structured, team‑based role serving the same residents each day in a calm, supportive environment.

Responsible for the overall efficiency of the dining room and pantry; assists with preparation, stocking, serving and post meal clean up of meals and snacks to ensure adequate nutritional intake for all residents. You’ll ensure the dining room and pantry run smoothly, supporting our goal of providing a great dining experience.

What we offer

• Compensation: $16.00 -$18.00 per hour, commensurate with experience plus up to $500 sign on bonus!
• Full time or part time shifts are available with required hours 11:30 am - 8:00 pm plus every other weekend scheduling
