Job summary

Direct Supply, Inc. seeks a Culinary Consultant to partner with senior living customers, optimize culinary programs, and implement data-driven menu and purchasing strategies. You’ll work with senior consultants, customers, GPOs, and suppliers to build and manage food order guides and derive savings opportunities.

The role emphasizes travel to Milwaukee and other sites, presenting recommendations, and leveraging Direct Supply technology to improve resident satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree as listed in Experience section or related field.
• 5+ years of relevant experience in culinary consulting, foodservice operations, dietary services, senior living or related area.
• Experience leading customer-facing presentations, business reviews and consultative discussions.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic consultation on culinary operations, menu best practices, purchasing strategies, technology and program optimization.
• Lead recurring customer consultations, business reviews and performance discussions with data-driven insights.
• Own relationships for culinary-focused customer accounts and partner with Spend Management Consultants.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to inform and improve culinary solutions and technology based on customer needs.
