Job summary

Experience Senior Living LLC. seeks a Vice President of Culinary to lead the culinary vision, strategy, and execution across its senior living communities.

This role sets the standard for hospitality-driven dining while ensuring scalable, financially responsible operations aligned with resident needs. The VP will provide strategic leadership to culinary teams, establish companywide standards, drive menu innovation, optimize food and labor costs, and partner with Operations, Health & Wellness,

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive culinary leadership across multi-site operations.
• Experience in senior living, hospitality, or service-intensive multi-unit environments.
• Proven ability to develop and execute culinary strategy across locations.
• Strong food and labor cost management, budgeting, purchasing, inventory management.
• Experience with new openings and large-scale operational implementations.
• Willingness to travel regularly across Experience Senior Living portfolio.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead organizational culinary strategy aligned with brands and resident experience standards.
• Establish culinary standards while allowing local flexibility for markets and communities.
• Drive menu innovation, dining programs, and culinary programming across levels of care.
• Oversee food production, dining services, staffing models, purchasing, inventory, sanitation, and kitchen operations.
• Lead cost control, vendor management, and procurement strategies to improve profitability.
• Mentor and develop Executive Chefs, Culinary Directors, and other culinary leaders.
