Qualifications

• Experience leading culinary teams in healthcare settings.
• Knowledge of healthcare food service regulations and survey readiness.
• Ability to manage budgets, purchasing, and inventory.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, implement, and oversee culinary services for all levels of living.
• Ensure meals are nutritious, appetizing, properly prepared, correctly portioned, and attractively presented.
• Support restaurant-style dining, hospitality, resident choice, and consistent service across dining venues.
• Coordinate daily food production, service, events, and special dining needs with community leaders.
• Monitor food quality, temperature, presentation, timeliness, and resident satisfaction; address concerns.
• Develop and execute menus and dining experiences; ensure food safety compliance.
