Claiborne Senior Living in Baton Rouge is seeking an experienced Culinary Services Director to lead all dining services operations. You will deliver high-quality, nutritious meals while fostering a clean, safe, and welcoming dining experience for residents.

Ideal candidates will have 3–5 years of management experience in food service or healthcare, strong leadership and communication skills, and a ServSafe certification.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of management experience in food service, hospitality, senior living, or healthcare.
• Proven ability to lead teams and deliver excellent customer service.
• Knowledge of nutritional guidelines, special diets, and food service best practices.
• Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all dining services operations, including food quality, service, sanitation, and safety.
• Develop and implement menus meeting residents' nutritional needs and preferences.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal food service, sanitation, and safety regulations.
• Recruit, train, schedule, and supervise dining services team members.
• Manage food and supply inventory within budget guidelines.
• Maintain clean, organized, and welcoming dining areas and kitchens.
• Partner with Activities to plan special events and themed meals.
• Communicate with residents, families, and team members to address feedback.
• Monitor resident satisfaction and implement improvements.
