Trilogy Health Services, LLC is seeking a dedicated Cook at Harbor Terrace Senior Living in Muskegon, MI. You will prepare fresh meals per recipes and dietary guidelines, assist with inventory, and maintain sanitation and storage standards to ensure a high-quality dining experience for residents.

The role requires 1-2 years of cooking experience with a high school diploma or GED preferred; you will supervise dietary staff when needed and help with setup and service areas.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED/HSE preferred.
• Minimum of 1-2 years similar cooking experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare fresh scratch-made meals using a recipe for residents according to planned menus and dietary guidelines.
• Assist the Food Service Manager with inventory control and ordering supplies.
• Properly store food and kitchen supplies to maintain freshness and prevent waste.
• Supervise and support Dietary staff when the Food Service Manager is unavailable.
• Set up breakfast bars, steam tables, and other meal service stations.
• Maintain cleanliness in work areas and ensure all kitchen cleaning tasks are completed.
• Prepare and stock snacks and standard pantry items for resident areas
• Utilize technology and computerized systems to efficiently and safely create a great dining experience for our residents and families.
