Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook meals according to menu plans, ensuring meals are nutritious and appetizing.
• Serve meals timely with high quality, proper portion control and presentation.
• Maintain a clean, organized and sanitary kitchen environment following safety procedures.
• Collaborate with Dietary Manager and kitchen staff; assist in training new staff as needed.
• Assist with inventory management and report shortages or order needs.
• Respond to special dietary requests and accommodate resident preferences.
• Adhere to health and safety regulations and proper sanitation practices.
