Cedarhurst Living in Arnold, MO is seeking a Cook to prepare high-quality meals for our senior community, ensuring nutrition, taste, and presentation meet standards.

You will support dietary accommodations, uphold food safety, train new dining staff, and collaborate with the Dining Services Director to create a welcoming dining experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• At least 1 year experience as a cook preferred.
• Food Manager Certification required or able to obtain.
• CPR or BLS certification preferred.

Responsabilités

• Prepare, portion, and serve foods per menu cycles and recipes.
• Taste and determine food quality.
• Prepare foods for special dietary needs as directed.
• Coordinate meal production with serving hours and inventory.
• Maintain temperature logs and cleaning schedules; document appropriately.
• Assist with orientation and training of new kitchen staff.
