Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required or preferred.
• At least 1 year experience as a cook is preferred.
• Applicable state/county licensure is required.
• Food Manager Certification, or the ability to obtain, is required.
• CPR or BLS certification is preferred.
• Proficiency with standard digital tools and health-record platforms is expected.

Responsabilités

• Prepare foods according to menu cycles and standard recipes.
• Ensure proper portioning, temperature, and safe handling of foods.
• Accommodate special dietary needs as directed by the Dining Services Director.
• Keep temperature logs and cleaning schedules up to date.
• Assist with training of new kitchen staff.
• Maintain infection prevention and safety standards.

Formation
