You will follow Holiday recipes, manage portions, and help ensure a clean, safe kitchen. Strong English communication and customer service are essential, with prior kitchen experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Must be able to communicate in English and provide excellent customer service.
• Experience in industry or full-service restaurant cooking preferred.
• Strong knowledge of sanitation and safe food handling practices.

Responsibilities

• Prepare nutritious, appetizing meals for residents.
• Follow menus and recipes while maintaining portion-control standards.
• Oversee preparation and serving of food and garnishes.
• Maintain logs for refrigeration, freezers, and production sheets.
• Clean and sanitize kitchen areas and equipment per standards.
• Focus on resident satisfaction and address food concerns.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
