Healthcare Services Group (HCSG) is seeking a Cook to prepare and cook nutritious meals for residents in a long-term care facility. You will ensure quality, taste, and presentation while maintaining safety and cleanliness in a busy kitchen.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous cook or food preparation experience preferred.
• Ability to follow recipes and dietary restrictions.
• Must comply with COVID-19 vaccination policies.
• Residency within the service area required.
• Current ServSafe or Food Handler certification required by state law.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook meals according to planned menus and recipes.
• Ensure food quality, taste, and presentation meet HCSG standards.
• Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines; maintain a clean kitchen.
• Assist with inventory management and ordering of supplies.
• Interact with residents, staff, and guests with excellent service.
• All other duties as assigned.
