Healthcare Services Group (HCSG) is seeking a Cook to help prepare nutritious meals for residents in a long-term care setting. You will follow menus, ensure quality and safety, and interact positively with residents and staff to deliver excellent service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous cook/food preparation experience preferred.
• Ability to follow recipes and dietary restrictions.
• Current ServSafe or Food Handler certification may be required by state/county law.
• Residency within service area required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook meals according to planned menus and recipes.
• Ensure food quality, taste, and presentation meet standards.
• Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines; keep kitchen clean.
• Assist with inventory management and ordering of supplies.
• Interact positively with residents, staff, and guests to provide excellent service.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
