Responsibilities include preparing meals per menus, serving on time, maintaining a clean kitchen, collaborating with the Dietary Manager, and assisting with inventory and training. The role emphasizes meeting dietary requirements and resident preferences while upholding safety standards.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Cooking experience in a senior living, healthcare, or restaurant setting preferred.
• Knowledge of food safety standards and regulations.
• Ability to follow recipes and meal plans.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Compassion for and desire to work with the elderly.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare and cook meals according to menu plans, ensuring nutritious and appetizing meals.
• Serve meals in a timely manner with quality, portion control, and presentation.
• Maintain a clean, sanitary kitchen per food safety procedures.
• Collaborate with the Dietary Manager and kitchen staff; assist training.
• Assist with inventory management and report shortages to the Dietary Manager.
• Respond to special dietary requests and accommodate residents' preferences.
• Adhere to health and safety regulations, including proper sanitation.
