Job summary

The Cedars of Chapel Hill is seeking a dedicated Cook to join our retirement community in Chapel Hill, NC. You will assist Line Cooks and handle cold prep, following standardized recipes to ensure quality and consistency for daily meals.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepare greens, dressings, and vinaigrettes per daily menu.
• Prepares and stocks all produce for the daily menu.
• Follow standard recipes and diet orders to ensure quality, temperature, and appearance of food.
• Determine amount and type of food and supplies required for daily menus.
• Assist prep cook and utility personnel as needed.
