Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Culinary school is a plus.
• Food Handler Card and kitchen sanitation knowledge.

• Prepare and cook meals following established menus, recipes, dietary, and sanitary guidelines.
• Set up and break down work areas promptly.
• Keep stations clean and sanitized.
• Collaborate with the dining services to ensure timely meal service.
• Check and restock foods for proper service.
• Adhere to health and safety regulations.
• Participate in training including food handling and safety certifications.
• Handle and store cleaning supplies safely.
• Assist in all kitchen operations as needed.
