Job summary

Koelsch Communities seeks a skilled Cook for its Culinary Department at Delaware Plaza. The role offers full-time and part-time opportunities with a pay range of $17.13–$18.50 per hour, depending on experience. Qualifications

• Knowledge of food preparation, production and plate presentation.
• Must have completed ServSafe or Dietary Manager's Course; certificate within 30 days if not initially held.
• All state food handler certificate requirements must be met.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve meals per menu and schedule in an appetizing and nutritious manner.
• Properly store, date, and rotate food per safety guidelines.
• Maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
