Cogir of Sonoma Plaza is seeking a dedicated Cook to prepare fresh, nutritious meals for our senior residents and guests. You’ll work closely with the culinary director to create traditional comfort foods and global dishes from scratch using seasonal, local ingredients.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Culinary School is a plus or equivalent experience.
• Food Handler Card and kitchen sanitation knowledge expected.

Responsibilities

• Be part of a compassionate, high-performing team.
• Prepare and cook meals per established menus and dietary guidelines.
• Set up, break down, and maintain clean, sanitized workstations.
• Collaborate with dining services to ensure timely meal service.
• Check and restock foods for proper service and freshness.
• Adhere to health and safety regulations and complete required trainings.
