Cogir Senior Living is seeking a compassionate Cook to join our community restaurant and positively impact residents daily. You will prepare fresh, nutritious meals for residents, team members, and guests, collaborating with the culinary director to craft menus from scratch and quarterly seasonal options using local ingredients.

The ideal candidate has 1+ year of kitchen experience, can read recipes, follow dietary guidelines for seniors, and work flexible shifts, including weekends and

Competenze

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Culinary School is a plus, or the equivalent of education and experience.
• Food Handler Card with an understanding of kitchen sanitation and food codes.

• Prepare and cook meals following established menus, recipes, dietary, and sanitary guidelines.
• Set up and break down work areas in a timely fashion.
• Keep all stations clean and sanitized.

• Adhere to local, state, and federal health and safety regulations.
• Participate in required training sessions, including food handling and safety certifications.
