CommonSail Investment Group is seeking a Cook to prepare meals for residents, guests, and staff according to menus and recipes. You will plate dishes, assist kitchen staff, maintain safety standards, and ensure quality and freshness across shifts.

The role requires a high school diploma (or equivalent) or technical training, plus at least three years of line cook experience and solid communication skills. A positive team attitude is essential.

• Good communication skills required.

Aufgaben

• Cook and prepare food for residents, guests, and employees.
• Prepare food according to planned menu using standard recipes.
• Plate items following portion guidelines and garnishing instructions.
• Assist other kitchen staff as needed and perform duties as assigned by supervisor.
• Ensure sufficient food is prepped and prepared.
• Communicate shortages or outages to supervisor.
• Ensure freshness, proper seasoning, and cooking status of foods.
• Stock and clean station for next shift; follow rotation policies.
• Maintain positive attitude and support a team environment.
• Promote positive relations with residents, families and guests.
• Uphold resident rights, privacy, dignity, and well-being in a safe environment.
• Maintain safety and sanitation; know fire/safety/disaster plans and risk management.
• Clean and inspect kitchen appliances and work areas for cleanliness and function.
• Present professional appearance with clean uniform and name tag.
