Job summary

CommonSail Investment Group is seeking a Cook to prepare meals for residents and guests in a structured kitchen. You will follow menus, use standard recipes, and ensure portion control and presentation.

The role requires a High School diploma or technical schooling and at least three years of line cook experience along with strong communication skills. A comprehensive benefits package accompanies this position.

Responsibilities

• Cook and prepare food for residents, guests, and employees.
• Prepare food according to planned menus and standard recipes.
• Plate items following portion guidelines and garnishing instructions.
• Assist other kitchen staff as needed and perform duties assigned by supervisor.
• Ensure sufficient food is prepped and available for service.
• Communicate shortages or outages to supervisor.
• Maintain freshness, proper seasoning, and safe handling of all foods.
• Stock and clean station for next shift.
