The Residence at Ferry Park, operated by LCB Senior Living, LLC, is seeking as-needed Cooks in Rocky Hill, CT. The role offers an hourly wage band of $22.00 to $24.50, depending on experience and qualifications.

You will work closely with the Culinary Services Director and Executive Director to deliver a restaurant-style dining experience for residents, including food prep, sanitation, and event support.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and follow recipes and production guides.
• Commitment to clean, sanitary, safe kitchen operations.
• Strong customer service mindset and teamwork in a dining setting.

Responsabilités

• Prepare and cook meals according to established recipes and menus.
• Maintain cleanliness of kitchen, storage, and prep areas.
• Open and close the kitchen according to schedule.
• Document temperatures and ensure food safety standards are met.
• Assist with special events, banquets, and theme meals.
