Responsibilities

• Prepare all food items per menus and recipes with quality, nutrition, and dietary accommodations.
• Ensure proper stocking, portioning, and food safety in accordance with regulations.
• Maintain HACCP standards and safe food storage, labeling, and waste minimization.
• Collaborate with Dining Services leadership on menu changes and presentation.
