Job summary

Sagora Senior Living is seeking a Cook for our Sugar Land community. You will prepare à la carte items, monitor stock, and maintain sanitation across kitchen areas while serving meals promptly and warmly to residents.

Qualifications

• One or more years of experience in a commercial kitchen preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to communicate effectively with residents, families, and team members.

Responsibilities

• Cook à la carte items.
• Monitor stock.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of equipment, food storage, and work areas.
• Assist with training of all Culinary team members.
• Follow established methods of meal preparation and presentation.
• Serve meals to residents promptly and in a friendly and courteous manner.
