Qualifications

• Must have a caring heart and willingness to serve others
• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent
• Culinary degree (preferred)
• 2 years of related culinary experience
• Self-motivation and creativity in culinary
• Good knife skills and familiarity with cooking methods
• Experience with therapeutic/modified diets (preferred)
• Must be flexible to work holidays and weekends

• Prep, plan and cook meals according to established menus
• Demonstrates a commitment to excellence in food quality and service quality
• Maintains or exceeds standards of a kitchen environment promoting teamwork, safety, hygiene and cleanliness; stock supplies as needed
