Sagora Senior Living is hiring a Cook for The Brennity at Daphne in Daphne, AL. You will prepare high-quality meals for residents and ensure a clean, safe kitchen environment.

Previous commercial kitchen experience and ServSafe certification are required, with ability to handle special diets and communicate well with residents and staff. We offer flexible schedules (full-time, part-time, PRN) in a community-focused setting that values Residents First.

Qualifications

• One or more years of experience in a commercial kitchen preferred.
• Must possess ServSafe Certification and Food Handler’s permit as regulated by state and local authorities.
• Experience in preparing specialized dishes for specific diets is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with residents, families and team members.

Responsibilities

• Cook à la carte items for residents.
• Monitor stock and ensure proper inventory control.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of equipment and work areas.
• Assist with training culinary team members.
• Follow established methods of meal preparation and presentation.
• Serve meals to residents promptly and in a friendly manner.
