The Ridge Foothill is seeking a Cook / Chef in Salt Lake City to prepare three meals daily for residents, following established menus and recipes. You’ll join a caring team dedicated to hospitality and quality dining experiences.

Ideal candidates have two years of kitchen experience, a solid foundation in food safety, and the ability to read recipes and production sheets in English. Culinary training is a plus, with opportunities to share your own recipes and contribute to menu planning.

Qualifikationen

• Two years of professional kitchen experience preferred with safe food handling and sanitation.
• Experience in fine dining, scratch cooking, batch cooking, and banquet production preferred.
• Culinary degree or formal training a plus; strong knife skills and plating.
