The Ridge at Healdsburg, part of Brightwater Senior Living Group, LLC, is seeking a skilled Cook to join our Dining Services team. Qualifications

• Two years of experience in institutional or full-service restaurant cooking.
• Ability to convert measurements and recipe quantities.
• Effective communication skills, verbally and in writing.
• Meet health-related requirements and hold a Food Handler permit where required.
• Maintain any required state or provincial certifications.

Responsibilities

• Prepare nutritious, appetizing, and attractive meals for residents and guests.
• Observe safe, sanitary food handling practices and uphold Brightwater standards.
• Assist in kitchen and dining room operations, restock, and maintain cleanliness.
• Review menus and follow Brightwater recipes and physician orders for diets.
• Attend trainings, participate in team meetings, and communicate issues promptly.
