Job summary

Oakmont of Orange, part of Oakmont Management Group, is seeking a part-time Concierge for afternoon to early-evening shifts. You will greet residents and guests, handle phone calls, coordinate tours, and provide clerical support to staff in a senior living community.

The role requires at least 18 years old, a high school diploma, and strong customer service skills. Prior hospitality or senior living experience is preferred; MS Office proficiency is expected; background checks and health

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prefer two years of hospitality experience or senior living experience.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Proficient in MS Office; able to operate a PC.
• Effective written and verbal communication with residents, families, and staff.
• Criminal background check and health screening required.

Responsibilities

• Greet residents, guests, and visitors with exceptional customer service.
• Answer multi-line telephone calls promptly and direct to appropriate staff.
• Monitor the Emergency Alert System and respond to calls.
• Manage business center and process mail and deliveries.
• Maintain a safe, secure environment following safety standards.
• Foster teamwork through cooperative interactions with staff and departments.
