Oakmont Senior Living in Santa Monica is seeking a Concierge to warmly greet visitors, fulfill resident requests, arrange tours, and support the administrative staff with clerical tasks. This role aligns with our mission and values of quality care and service.

The Concierge position emphasizes exceptional customer service, multi-line phone handling, and safe, welcoming environment maintenance, with opportunities for team collaboration and professional growth within our California communities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Prefer two years in hospitality or senior living.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Able to operate a PC; proficient in MS Office.
• Pass background check and health screenings including TB.

Responsibilities

• Provide all residents, guests, and visitors with exceptional customer service.
• Answer telephones, record, and/or direct calls to appropriate individuals in a timely, clear, concise, and professional manner.
• Monitor the Emergency Alert System and immediately respond to every call.
• Effectively manage business center and process incoming and outgoing mail.
• Maintain a safe and secure environment for all staff, residents, and guests, following established safety standards.
• Encourage teamwork through cooperative interactions with co-workers and other departments.
