Qualifications

• Pass background check and health screening tests including TB.

Responsibilities

• Provide residents, guests, and visitors with exceptional customer service.
• Answer telephones, direct calls, or record messages clearly and promptly.
• Monitor Emergency Alert System and respond to calls.
• Manage the business center and mail handling.
• Maintain a safe, secure environment following safety standards.
• Encourage teamwork across departments.
