Meridian Senior Living is hiring a Concierge/Receptionist to greet guests and act as the first point of contact in our community. This role supports residents, families, and staff with a welcoming, courteous experience.

The ideal candidate has prior receptionist or customer service experience, proficiency with Word/Excel/Outlook, and a compassionate approach to elder care. This position is based on-site in our community.

Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience answering telephones and/or in a customer service position.
• Experience in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Ability to deal tactfully with employees, residents, family members, and visitors.
• Ability to read, write and speak English.
• Must have compassion for and desire to work with the elderly.
