MorningStar at Arcadia in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a part-time Concierge to welcome visitors, greet families and residents, answer calls, sort mail, and handle basic office tasks in accordance with policies and regulations.

The role emphasizes compassionate service, teamwork, and maintaining resident rights, with schedule including listed evening/weekend shifts. Excellent interpersonal skills and a friendly, patient demeanor are essential.

Competenze

• Front desk/reception experience preferred (1 year+).
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Friendly, courteous, patient, and able to work with staff, residents, and families.

Mansioni

• Greet visitors and families and provide non-confidential information.
• Answer the telephone with proper greetings and take messages.
• Sort mail and distribute to appropriate departments.
• Type and file correspondence and other information as needed.
• Adhere to resident rights and personnel policies.
• Escort visitors to residents' suites when necessary.
