Job summary

MorningStar Senior Living is seeking a part-time Concierge at our Arcadia community in Phoenix, AZ. You will greet visitors, answer phones, and perform light administrative tasks while ensuring residents and families receive compassionate, high-quality service.

Qualified candidates have at least one year of front desk experience, excellent communication skills, and a friendly, patient demeanor. Weekend availability is required; benefits may apply for eligible team members.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year front desk/reception experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Typing and basic office equipment knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Greet visitors and families and provide non-confidential information requested.
• Answer the telephone promptly using the appropriate greeting for the community.
• Sort mail and distribute to appropriate departments.
• Type and file correspondence and other information as needed.
• Escort people to resident suites and other areas.
• Demonstrate core values: Love, Kindness, Honesty, Goodness, Fairness, Respect.
