Qualifications

• Experience as Concierge, Front Desk, or receptionist preferred.
• 1–2 years working with seniors preferred.
• Able to communicate verbally and in writing.
• Able to use computers, iPad/tablet, Word, internet, and email.
• May require driving with a valid license.

Responsibilities

• Serves as a point of contact for residents, families, guests, vendors, and staff.
• Coordinate services for residents and families (dry cleaning, deliveries, reservations, transportation).
• Welcome new residents and families; provide concierge information.
• Answer phones promptly and route calls appropriately.
• Maintain security and a clean, organized reception area.
• Assist with RSVP lists for events and manage messages and sign‑in logs.
