Job summary

MorningStar Senior Living is seeking a Concierge at our Lone Tree community. This full-time role requires greeting visitors, assisting residents and families, handling calls, mail and routine office tasks. Schedule includes weekends, evenings and holidays with a pay range of $18.00–$20.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• Experience at front desk/reception roles or customer-facing roles is preferred.
• Strong communication and phone handling skills.
• Ability to type, file, and use standard office equipment while meeting deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Greet visitors, families and residents and provide information as required.
• Answer the telephone and route calls or take messages as needed.
• Sort and distribute mail and manage basic correspondence.
• Type documents and file records, while respecting resident rights and confidentiality.
• Assist with general office duties and maintain organized work area.
• Support the team with duties as assigned.
