Job summary

Brightview Senior Living LLC is seeking a Concierge to welcome residents and their families, respond to special requests, arrange continental breakfasts, and promote events at the community.

You will coordinate with departments to ensure care, maintenance, housekeeping and dining needs are met promptly. Prior concierge experience focused on customer service is preferred, and you will thrive in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Experience as a concierge with a focus on excellent customer service.
• Resourceful and creative when solving problems quickly and effectively.
• Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and engage residents living in our community as well as their families and guests.
• Respond to all special requests for residents such as light shopping, running errands, retrieving mail, and securing reservations and event tickets.
• Arrange and serve a continental breakfast, light snacks, and beverages to residents and their guests.
• Promote programs and events taking place at the community.
• Coordinate with departments to ensure care, maintenance, housekeeping and dining needs are met promptly.
