Qualifications

• Previous experience in a senior care or long-term care setting is a plus.
• Current CPR/First Aid certification is a plus.
• Ability to lift and assist residents (up to 50 pounds).
• Must pass background checks and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist residents, families, and visitors with compassion.
• Monitor CCTV, fire panels, and emergency call systems.
• Maintain accurate daily logs and incident reports.
• Keep the lobby, reception, and common areas neat and stocked.
• Support marketing efforts by interacting positively with residents.
