Oakmont Senior Living seeks a friendly Concierge to greet residents and visitors, arrange tours, and support administrative staff. You will handle a multi-line phone system, respond to requests, and help maintain a welcoming environment across the community.

Ideal candidates bring customer service excellence, basic MS Office skills, and the ability to work Friday–Sunday shifts. A background in hospitality or senior living is preferred, with a focus on service and teamwork.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Two years in hospitality or senior living preferred.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Proficient with MS Office programs.

Responsibilities

• Provide residents, guests, and visitors with exceptional customer service.
• Answer phones and direct calls clearly and promptly.
• Monitor Emergency Alert System and respond to calls.
• Manage business center and process mail.
• Maintain a safe environment following safety standards.
• Encourage teamwork across departments.
