Oakmont Senior Living in Chula Vista, California, is seeking a Concierge for an on-call role. You will greet visitors, fulfill resident requests, arrange property tours, answer a multi-line phone, and support administrative staff in line with our mission and values.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or equivalent, 2 years in hospitality or senior living, excellent customer service, and proficiency in MS Office. A background check and health screening are required.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prefer two (2) years of experience in a hospitality setting or prior senior living community.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Able to operate a personal computer and be proficient in MS Office programs (Word, Excel, etc.)
• Possess written and verbal skills to interact and communicate effectively with employees, supervisors, physicians, healthcare professionals, residents, and their families.
• Must pass a Criminal Background check and Health Screening tests, including physical and TB Tests
• For health and safety, vaccination and PPE may be required per regulatory guidelines.

Responsabilités

• Provide all residents, guests, and visitors with exceptional customer service.
• Answer telephones, record, and/or direct calls to appropriate individuals in a timely, clear, concise, and professional manner.
• Monitor the Emergency Alert System and respond to every call.
• Effectively manage business center and process incoming and outgoing mail.
• Maintain a safe and secure environment for staff, residents, and guests, following safety standards.
• Encourage teamwork through cooperative interactions with co-workers and other departments.
