Oakmont Management Group is seeking a part-time Concierge at Oakmont of Riverpark in Oxnard, CA. The role revolves around greeting visitors, handling resident requests, arranging property tours, answering a multi-line phone, and providing clerical support.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent and preferably two years in hospitality. Proficiency with MS Office and solid communication are required; background checks and health screenings are mandatory.

Qualifications

• Must provide excellent customer service to residents, guests, and visitors.
• Must interact with employees, supervisors, physicians, healthcare professionals, residents, and families effectively.
• Must pass a Criminal Background check and Health Screening tests, including TB tests.

Responsabilités

• Provide all residents, guests, and visitors with exceptional customer service.
• Answer telephones, record, and/or direct calls to appropriate individuals in a timely, clear, concise, and professional manner.
• Monitor the Emergency Alert System and immediately respond to every call.
• Effectively manage business center and process incoming and outgoing mail.
• Maintain a safe and secure environment for all staff, residents, and guests, following established safety standards.
• Encourage teamwork through cooperative interactions with co-workers and other departments.
