Job summary

Mint Hill Senior Living seeks a friendly Concierge to assist residents and visitors, arranging transportation, reservations, and errands to create a welcoming community. You will be the central communication hub, coordinating events and sharing important information with residents and staff.

Required is a high school diploma, plus hospitality or concierge experience is preferred. You will maintain excellent customer service, manage multiple tasks, and support safety and security procedures daily.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (required).
• Previous customer service or concierge experience preferred.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
• Compassion for and a desire to work with the elderly.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Proficiency with office equipment and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet residents, families, and visitors warmly, providing assistance with inquiries, directions, and requests to ensure a positive experience.
• Arrange transportation, coordinate reservations, and handle errands for residents.
• Serve as central point of contact for residents and staff, sharing information on events and notices.
• Maintain a high level of customer service so residents feel valued and supported.
• Perform light administrative duties, logs, scheduling, and check-in/check-out procedures.
• Assist in coordinating community events and activities to engage residents.
• Address concerns promptly and professionally, ensuring quick resolution.
• Assist with security procedures and monitor access to maintain a safe environment.
