Oakmont of Camarillo is seeking a friendly Concierge to greet visitors, handle resident requests, arrange tours, and provide clerical support. The role emphasizes outstanding customer service, professional communication, and a welcoming presence in a premier senior living community.

Responsibilities include answering multi-line phones, monitoring safety systems, and supporting team members while maintaining a secure and organized environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prefer two years of hospitality or senior living experience.
• Able to operate a PC and be proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel).
• Strong written and verbal communication with residents, families, and staff.
• Must pass background check and health screenings including TB tests.
• Vaccination and PPE may be required per regulatory guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Provide residents, guests, and visitors with exceptional customer service.
• Answer phones and direct calls in a timely, professional manner.
• Monitor the Emergency Alert System and respond to calls.
• Manage mail and operate the business center.
• Maintain a safe environment following safety standards.
• Encourage teamwork across departments.
