Experience Senior Living LLC in Lone Tree, CO is seeking a part-time Concierge to support residents and families with personalized services and event coordination, Fri-Sun 9am-5pm.

The Concierge will handle phone communications, coordinate transportation, dining, and activities, and maintain a welcoming reception area. Prior front desk or customer service experience with seniors is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in concierge, front desk, reception or customer service role.
• 1–2 years working with seniors preferred.
• Good verbal and written communication; patient and empathetic.

Responsabilités

• Serve as point of contact for residents, families, guests, vendors, and staff.
• Understand customer needs and provide positive, memorable service.
• Answer calls, relay information or route as appropriate.
• Take detailed messages with contact details for timely delivery.
• Coordinate services for residents and families (dry cleaning, groceries, transportation, etc.).
• Welcome new residents and guide them to concierge services.
• Manage transportation sign-ups and confirm arrangements in writing.
