Job summary

Wingate Living is opening One Wingate East, an independent living community in Needham, MA, offering a Concierge position with Front Desk and valet responsibilities. The role supports residents and guests with personal requests, information, and courtesy services to ensure an exceptional living experience.

Schedule: Tuesdays 4-8, Per Diem; Salary: $19 per hour; benefits include 401K, Health, Dental, Vision Insurance. Join a team dedicated to five-star service and community wellbeing.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of relevant experience and/or training preferred.
• Prior hospitality, senior living, concierge, or customer service experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record required.

Responsibilities

• Greet residents, guests, and visitors in a professional, courteous, and welcoming manner.
• Answer phones, direct calls, and respond promptly to resident and family inquiries.
• Provide information regarding community services, amenities, and local resources.
• Manage front desk operations, including visitor check-in, package handling, and recordkeeping.
• Deliver packages, mail, and other items to residents efficiently and courteously.
• Maintain confidentiality in accordance with HIPPA regulations.
• Direct Emergency Personnel entering the building.
• Assist in ordering, receiving, stocking and distribution of office supplies.
• Ensure copy machines and faxes have paper and are ready for use.
• Assist with valet services, including parking, retrieving, and delivering vehicles.
• Use Cubigo to manage and track valet requests.
• Support residents with carrying luggage, packages, or groceries.
• Monitor and maintain cleanliness of lobby, entryways, and valet areas.
• Communicate effectively with residents, visitors, and staff for timely service.
• Respond to special requests and anticipate resident needs.
• Uphold safety standards and traffic regulations.
