Job summary

Wingate Living is opening a new Independent Living Community in Needham, MA, offering a Concierge role with front desk duties and hospitality support. The position includes using Cubigo for resident requests, valet services, and delivering items to residents to ensure a welcoming experience.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma and at least one year of related experience in hospitality or senior living, with strong interpersonal and multitasking abilities. Per diem schedule is provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
• 1 year of relevant experience and/or training preferred.
• Prior experience in hospitality, senior living, concierge, or customer service preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet residents, guests, and visitors in a professional, courteous, and welcoming manner.
• Answer phones, direct calls, and respond promptly to resident and family inquiries.
• Provide information regarding community services, amenities, and local resources; manage front desk operations.
• Deliver packages, mail, and other items to residents efficiently and courteously; maintain confidentiality per HIPAA.
