Wingate Living is seeking a Dining Room Server to join our team at One Wingate East in Needham, MA. This role includes full-time, part-time, and weekend shifts with a pay rate of $19 per hour and benefits such as 401K and health, dental, and vision insurance.

The Dining Room Server will perform duties in the Dining Department, ensuring clean and well-prepared dining areas and serving residents with care. Experience is not required, but the ability to read and follow directions, work flexible

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform defined work routines in the Dining Department.
• Assist in cleaning dining room areas after meals and events.
• Set up dining room and serve residents as needed.
• Report equipment or safety issues as they arise.
• Assist in receiving and storing food and supplies.
• Follow safety and infection control procedures.
