Job summary

Wingate Living in Needham, MA, invites applications for a Dining Room Server at One Wingate East as part of a New Independent Living Community opening August 2026. The role supports the Dining Department and works under the Executive Chef to maintain warm, welcoming dining experiences for residents.

Schedule includes Full Time, Part Time and Weekends with a commitment to high standards of sanitation, safety and resident service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred; experience in dining or hospitality is welcomed but not required.
• Ability to read, understand, and follow directions and work assignments.
• Willingness to perform routine, repetitive tasks with frequent interruptions and flexible hours.

Responsibilities

• Set up dining room and serve residents according to established standards.
• Perform defined cleaning routines and assist in maintaining sanitation per regulations.
• Follow reporting procedures for supplies, equipment and safety issues.
• Assist in receiving and storing food and supplies and participate in in-service programs.
