Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Answer inquiries, take complete messages, and communicate them to recipients.
• Schedule and coordinate appointments, tours, and visits for residents and family members.
• Prepare and organize materials for the marketing or reception area; maintain neat desk and entry area.
• Maintain and update resident lists, rosters, move-in/out registers, logs, and sign-in sheets.
